At On Time End Of Lease Cleaning , customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available if:

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

  • You are unsatisfied with our service and notify us within 24 hours of completion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service.

  • If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time.

  • Situations outside our control (e.g., weather events, emergencies).

3. Process
